產(chǎn)品描述
白介素19(IL-19)是糖基化蛋白質(zhì)分泌物，以單體形式存在。IL-19主要由單核細(xì)胞產(chǎn)生，其表達(dá)受到LPS、IL-4和GM-CSF的誘導(dǎo)。IL-19在B細(xì)胞中表達(dá)水平低。IL-19、IL-20和IL-24是IL-10家族中的IL-20亞家族成員，它們都可以結(jié)合IL-20受體，并導(dǎo)致STAT3信號通路的激活。IL20R2可以與IL20R1或IL22R1配對，形成Ⅰ型IL20R復(fù)合物或Ⅱ型IL20R復(fù)合物。IL-20和IL-24都有信號傳導(dǎo)途徑，而IL-19只能通過IL-20受體復(fù)合物發(fā)出信號。
