儲(chǔ)存條件
-25~-15℃保存，收到貨之后有效期1年。復(fù)溶后， 2 ~8 °C保存，7天有效期。復(fù)溶后， -85~-65℃保存，3個(gè)月有效期。
復(fù)溶方法
開蓋之前，先離心。使用蒸餾水復(fù)溶凍干的蛋白質(zhì)，復(fù)溶濃度超過100 μg/mL。建議首次使用時(shí)將蛋白分裝為每次實(shí)驗(yàn)用量，避免反復(fù)凍融。
