產(chǎn)品簡介

 

堿性成纖維細胞生長因子（bFGF）是成纖維細胞生長因子（FGF）家族的成員，是由FGF2基因編碼的生長因子和信號蛋白。FGF家族成員具有廣泛的促有絲分裂和細胞存活活性，并參與多種生物學過程，包括胚胎發(fā)育、細胞生長、形態(tài)發(fā)生、組織修復、腫瘤生長和侵襲。在正常組織中，bFGF存在于基底膜和血管內(nèi)皮下細胞外基質(zhì)中。bFGF能刺激和調(diào)節(jié)血管內(nèi)皮細胞、上皮細胞、成肌細胞、成骨細胞和神經(jīng)膠質(zhì)細胞等多種起源于中胚層、神經(jīng)外胚層的細胞分化增殖，在胚胎發(fā)育、組織愈合中起重要作用。bFGF/FGF-2，是所有胚胎和誘導多能干細胞培養(yǎng)基中維持多能性的基本成分。

本品由大腸桿菌表達，以液體形式提供，高活性、高純度、低內(nèi)毒素、無標簽。
