      Human TRAIL R4/TNFRSF10D Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the C-terminal. It contains Ala56-His211.[Accession | Q9UBN6]

      The protein has a predicted MW of 19.4 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 38-45 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

      活性(Activity

      ELISA Data: Immobilized Human TRAIL, No Tag at 5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Human TRAIL R4, His Tag with the EC50 of 76.1ng/ml determined by ELISA.  

      SPR Data: Human TRAIL R4, His Tag immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Human TRAIL, No Tag with an affinity constant of 0.13 nM as determined in SPR assay 

      制劑(Formulation

      Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 5% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

      重構(gòu)方法(Reconstitution

      Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

       

      儲存條件

      The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

      2-7 days, 2 ~8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

      3 months, -25~-15℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

      Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
