      背景概述

      腸道通透性增加和相關(guān)體重減輕是DSS結(jié)腸炎動物模型的常?特征。D-甘露醇是?種惰性小碳水化合物分?,可沿整個隱窩-軸吸收,?于評估體內(nèi)腸道通透性。

      實驗動物

      4-5天大,約克郡小豬

      實驗材料

      DSS(yeasen DSS 60316ES,MW36000-50000)

      實驗步驟

      1. 以商業(yè)代乳粉配?飲?,每天喂食三次,直到實驗結(jié)束

      2. 將動物分為陽性對照組(Pos),陰性對照組(Neg),實驗組(Trp);

      3. 陽性對照組(Pos):灌注DSS;陰性對照組(Neg):灌注生理鹽水;實驗組(Trp):灌注DSS+治療藥物;

      4. 每只小豬每日攝入量1.25g DSS/kg,灌注5天

      DSS誘導(dǎo)致小豬體內(nèi)D-甘露醇濃度升高,腸道屏障被破壞。
