      1. Spondin（Rspo）蛋白屬于Wnt調(diào)節(jié)劑的Rspo家族。目前，該家族由四個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)相關(guān)的分泌配體（Rspo 1-4）組成，所有配體都含有弗林蛋白酶樣和凝血酶敏感蛋白結(jié)構(gòu)域。Rspo蛋白可以與卷曲/LRP6受體復(fù)合物相互作用，導(dǎo)致細(xì)胞內(nèi)信號(hào)蛋白β-catenin的穩(wěn)定和積累。這種活性有效地激活并增加了β-catenin的后續(xù)核信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)。R-Spondin還可以與G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體LGR-4和LGR-5結(jié)合。Rspo/β-catenin信號(hào)傳導(dǎo)可以作為轉(zhuǎn)化表型的誘導(dǎo)劑，也可以調(diào)節(jié)某些干細(xì)胞群的增殖和分化。
