      國際期刊|IF20.693!轉(zhuǎn)染試劑助力浙大二院連發(fā)2篇《Journal of Medical Virology》

      2023年1月的國際高影響力期刊《Journal of Medical Virology》(IF:20.693)上發(fā)表的諸多論文中,有2篇特別引人注目,均來自于浙江大學(xué)醫(yī)學(xué)院附屬第二醫(yī)院,分別出自腫瘤研究所所長于曉方教授團(tuán)隊(duì)與感染性疾病科徐峰研究團(tuán)隊(duì)。

       

      于曉方教授團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)表的題為“SARS‐CoV‐2 ORF3a inhibits cGAS‐STING‐mediated autophagy flux and antiviral function”的研究論文。團(tuán)隊(duì)報(bào)道了宿主cGAS-STING信號通路介導(dǎo)的非干擾素抗病毒系統(tǒng)與病毒的互作關(guān)系。ORF3a是高致病性冠狀病毒SARS2和SARS特異性編碼的輔助蛋白,研究表明只有SRAS2 ORF3a進(jìn)化出拮抗cGAS-STING的抗病毒功能,針對ORF3a功能的小分子抑制劑具有抑制病毒復(fù)制的功效。該研究成果為設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)抗新冠病毒藥物提供了潛在新靶點(diǎn)。

       

       

      徐峰研究團(tuán)隊(duì)發(fā)表的題為“FBXO6 regulates the anti-viral immune-responses via mediating alveolar macrophages survival ”的研究論文。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)FBXO6蛋白在感染IAV的宿主細(xì)胞中表達(dá)顯著增加。FBXO6通過與NLRX1的相互作用,促進(jìn)NLRX1的泛素化降解,從而加重IAV誘導(dǎo)的肺泡巨噬細(xì)胞凋亡,抑制重要抗病毒因子I型干擾素的產(chǎn)生,導(dǎo)致病毒復(fù)制增加。因此,抑制FBXO6可作為宿主抗流感病毒的潛在策略,為抗病毒藥物的開發(fā)提供理論依據(jù)。
