實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)論:針對(duì)客戶提供的2個(gè)質(zhì)量較好樣本(樣本3/4),建庫產(chǎn)量可遠(yuǎn)高于其預(yù)期值,對(duì)于質(zhì)量較差樣本(樣本1/2),使用12606(H5901150)FFPE樣本修復(fù)試劑可明顯改善其產(chǎn)量,產(chǎn)量均可達(dá)客戶需求。建議客戶針對(duì)質(zhì)量較差FFPE樣本使用我公司12606產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行修復(fù)后再行建庫以獲得更高產(chǎn)量。
